Falana Drags Aondoaaka to Court Over Yar’Adua

President of the West African Bar Association (WABA) and human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana, has dragged the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Michael Aondoaaka, before an Abuja Federal High Court, over the failure of President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua to properly hand over before traveling out for medical check-up.
