Anambra Polls Peaceful, but Marred by Irregularities

Despite all the preparations by the Independent National Electoral Commission, assurances and promises, the scheduled Anambra polls were still marred by irregularities as most wards received both sensitive and non-sensitive electoral materials late on Saturday.
