Now that oil companies have given the Federal Government fresh conditions for increased investment in the country, it should serve as a wake up call for the Federal Government from its inertia. It is worrisome that rather than take the lead in sanitizing this critical sector, government has waited this long to be reminded by guest entities of its own onerous responsibilities.
